Which language certificates required by German universities can I obtain in Bulgaria?
Zentrale Oberstufenprufung (ZOP) can be taken at the Goethe Institute Sofia:this is certificate recognized by most German universities;

No additional certificate is required for holders of “Deutsches Sprachdiplom”, which can be obtained in a number of recognized foreign language high schools.
The exam DSH can be taken at the university of choice in Germany, 2 to 4 weeks before the start of the semester, but an increasing number of universities do not offer DSH any longer.

Is there a possibility to receive a scholarship?
The largest numbers of scholarships are awarded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
